Is there a way to delete all History and Activities items when a Lead is deleted? Having the Calls, Meetings, ... hanging around as orphans makes for a messy database.

I believe you'd have to do this through the backend using a PHP script or series of SQL queries.
Personally, I think there should be an option that prompts one to delete the associated items when the parent is deleted.
