Deleted recored from web interface but still showing in Navicat export

Hey guys.
I am a newbie, this is really confusing me. I deleted a couple accounts use Sugar web interface, then I went back to the server use Navicat for Mysql exported all accounts, what surprised me is all these accounts are still in the database. Do I need to commit the change to make the database current? I did search in web interface again, those records I deleted are not there anymore

Anyone has ideas??

In sugarcrm, the records which are deleted in the interface are marked as deleted = 1 in DB. And it will not be deleted from DB.
