Deleting Module does not delete from tab

I deleted a module but it is still showing up in the top navbar and [yes] i deployed my package in the module builder.

i guess that you have just removed files from folder modules?

You should look into files:

'include/modules_override.php'

'custom/application/Ext/Include/modules.ext.php'

and remove your module definitions from arrays:

$moduleList[]

$beanList[]

$beanFiles[]

[andopes]

Go to Admin -> Configure Tabs
And remove the module from there.
