Hi,

I have a common email address and once email arrives, create leads and assign the original email to myself as a user. It is then stored in 'MyEmail'

Recently I have deleted this backlog of emails in MyEmail and is has also deleted them from the Leads and Opportunities. The email file was getting large and slow, so I had to do the deletion.

Is there a way around this also deleting the emails stored against a lead (in other words, the emails showing in a lead are just linked and not actually stored in that lead)?
