I've got a question concerning the license of the design of Sugarcrm.

If I want to use elements of the (graphical) design of Sugarcrm in another software (propriatry) product, is that an infingment of the license? I will provide a trademark notice in this software, including a remark of the design being developed by sugarcrm under the SPL.

Will it make any difference if the software product, in which i'll be using the Sugarcrm design, will be open-source?
