Difference on Community and Pro Edition on Access Control, Reports & Email Activation

Hello,

Can anyone tell me what is the difference between SugarCRM Community Edition and Professional Edition on Access Control, Reports and Email Activation. What are ther features and capabilities on this category not supported by Community or vice versa. Is there any links regarding this topic for me to read from?

I would gladly appreciate any comments.
