Is there some kind of support for different types of contacts that need different layouts?
I've got three different "types" of contact groups that I deal with, and they each have different types of information associated with them. Some are rather simple, but one group involves a rather detailed intake.
We're trying to convert from ACT. If you're familiar with it, ACT allows this via tabs undernath the generic contact information, so for each type of contract, we have a corresponding tab for the specifics.
