I want to set up a campaign that integrates on-line and off-line sendouts automatically.

For example:

Lead subscribes via Email Capture Web Form

Lead goes into Campaign A

Campaign A consists of:

I) Immediate autoresponse - email thanking them for signing up
2) Automatic autoresponder emails on set days after signup - (like Aweber, getresponse etc.)
3) Automatic notification that prospect is due a physical letter - each day I'd get a list of people and the letter to to sent)
4) Automatic notification that a rep needs to call

etc...

The only other system I KNOW will do this is infusionCRM - can something like Sugar do this?
