Disappeared Atachments

There were entered in the Sugar several notes with attachments and reinstall the application by problems with the server, when I restore the backup I get the notes but no attachments

is it an bug? an installation problem?

Attachments are stored in cache/upload/, did you restore that directory?

I rescue the Directory cache/Upload.
This folder not have Atachments
