    Default Duplicated activities (calls)

I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed the following, or can reproduce it so I can determine if it is a bug:

    1. Edit an existing call
    2. Change the Start Date
    3. In the database, a new copy of the call is made and the old one is marked deleted
However, if you look up that contact's activites in the Activities tab, the panel seems to ignore the deleted flag and show them all!

    So my questions are:
    • Is the create-new-and-delete-old the expected result? Is this how Sugar leaves an audit trail?
    • If the above is correct, it appears the Activities/Calendar tab has a bug as it is showing deleted rows; otherwise, it appears the Activity Edit procedure has a bug as it is making duplicate entries
Lastly, I have a client who is indicating that when she edits a call and saves it, that it vanishes (seems to mark the old one as deleted, but not create the new one). I'm in the process of having her clarify the exact process to reproduce this error.

I've tried looking to see if an existing bug has been reported, but couldn't find anything.

We're running 4.0.1d on a Linux server with MySQL 4.1.12.

    Any help greatly appreciated!

I've just done a full, fresh install of 4.0.1e and it still seems to exhibit the duplicated Activities fault. Can any of the development team acknowledge they have read this and possibly try to replicate?
