Run Admin>Repair>Quick Repair

Now i can able to display subpanel but i could not create record in subpanel. Create taks not working in subpanel
I created on-to-many relationship between contacts and opportunities. opportunities subpanel were displayed in Edit View of contact, but when i try to add new opportunities it is not working... i could not create new opportunities.
