Hi everyone,
In our business we rely heavily on displays installed at a customer location. A business, for instance, might have displays A, B & C while another might have displays B & C only, and another just display D. If a customer doesn't have a display then technically they can't sell the product line associated with the display. We need better tracking on what customers have a given display, the maintenance associated with a display and the other usual CRM sort of things like customer information and how often our sales people visit one of our dealers.
Unfortunately, I'm not really sure how Sugar would handle display tracking. Any suggestions?
