Divide users by group?

Hello!
I've just installed SugarCRM 4.5.0h and i'm adding some users and some accounts...
My doubt is if its possible to block some users to a specific Account, like i have de helpDesk account and Marketing and i don't want that de users from Helpdesk view (when he logs'in) to see the account Marketing.
Or if there's any way to one user or another no to edit a specific account.

Yes, it is possible to do this. You can create roles within the Admin module which would restrict each user to only being able to access records that are assigned to them.

An alternate approach would be to use the Teams functionality in the Pro/Enterprise editions, Info@Hand or the Teams module for Open Source.

I've just installed de Team module, butt when i use accents, like '~' in the name of the team, and save it returns whit the message "Bad data passed in; Return to Home"...
And then when i try to edit that team it doesn't allow me to edit, giving me always the same message "Bad data passed in; Return to Home".
Is there anyway to fix this?
