My company has an interesting email saas that prioritizes email based on connections, shares priorized email streams with web apps and provides prioritized email streams as rss. This means that you can view business only email in an RSS reader, store email related to opportunities in crm, attachments in google, etc.

We have been working with Salesforce.com and we are ready to expand the CRM systems that we support. I am looking to see if you feel that there are email integration needs that are not being met by current solution.

our solution works with IMAP or real time journal feeds (like always_bcc) and can associate to opportunities in CRM. We can (or not) store the email in opportunities, along with attachments, we also make rss feeds of matched email. We work with any email system and we have no limitation with platform.
