Which document shall I follow;

I installed following version of SugarCRM;

and follow;
Sugar Community Edition 5.2 Documentation
Sugar Community Edition Installation and Administration Guide
Version 5.2.0

to learn it.

But the content of document seems different from the software. Please advise which document shall I follow? TIA

Of the two documents you listed, one is an admin guide and the other is a user guide. Can you be a bit more specific on what you mean by the contents are different than the software?

looks different from the software running. "Jotpod" disappears.

Hello satimis,

This is an older screenshot from a previous version of Sugar. With the newer versions of sugar, the default theme has been updated a bit to make it look more modern and they changed the default dashlets a bit. The functionality, however, is the same.

You can easily remove any of the dashlets you don't want and you can certainly add the jotpad dashlet by clicking the 'Add Sugar Dashlets' button. Click on the Tools tab and you will see Jotpad.
