    Default Documentation/Tutorials

Hi there, can anyone tell me where to find decent tutorials or documentation?
The online docs for Sugar are frankly shamefull, error strewn and not really relevant for everyday module development (The only example being that notes tool? Give me a break...).
Ive bought the SugarCRM developers manual book (Dr. Mark Alexander Bain) which is just a rewrite of the online manual and is for 4.5.1 and not 5.x so is not usefull either.
The online forums seem to be a place for people to pitcvh for work more than actual community "support", Id like to be able to ask about problems/questions and not get responded with "PM me for more info on how I can help" and then trying to charge me. Ridiculous.

I know Im ranting but Im desperate to learn more about Sugar. Its a great tool, too expensive to upgrade out of CE but still a great tool that I want to implement in my company, but trying to figure out how to begin with module development is crippling me with implementing it.

    Regards
    S

    Hi Akkmica,

Ive read that document cover to cover and found it pretty vague to be honest.

Another example of terrible documentation is the Wiki. For example take a look at the Activities Module entry. Not been updated in the last 7 months. Its silly and frustrating. It congtains a list of bugs and no information about the module itself.
