does currency rates work?

I'm using Sugar 4 Open Source. My default currncy as a usser is LT and some have dollars. So, i added few more currencies b/c we work with international clients and I enter money in currency of client. However, it seems that it does not work.

Case: I am shown amounts in LT (lithuanian litas). I enter an opportunity and enter it in EUR. I shoudl see in Home -> My Top Ten Opportunies amounts in Lt. At least LT is at the beginning of the number. However, it doesn't seem to convert it correct. It only shows correct amounts IF i set rate LT to Dollar = 1. WHich is not correct.

Any way to solve it?

ok, I solved it. it appears that you have to go to Admin and Update US Dollar amounts in Admin Repair section. Anyhow, now there is still one annoying problem:

I entered amount in LT so, let's say 3000. So, since it's entered in LT and I shoudl see LT, then it should just show 3000. However, it does show 3000.01 LT. Similar issue is with other item which shows Lt 1499.99 instead of 1500. Why there is one cent added or removed?
