I wanted to know if does sugar allows api integration with google adwords?
If so where can I find the module or if there is none, is it possible to have it created?

Basically when a lead would come in I can have sugar integrated with Google Adwords to see which campaign it came from and the keywords etc

I would do it this way

Capture the utm_campaign tag on the website and store it as a cookie, then on the lead capture form pull in the value utm_campaign - that way there is no need to integrate with the API.

Should be pretty simple to do.
