Hi! I've been looking around the site, but can't find a straightforward answer to my question...

Can I schedule email communications with existing customers, reminding them that they have to pay for a monthly service? They have to pay every month, and I'd like to automatically remind them that they have to pay, when and how much.

Is that a possibility? How much custom developing could it take, if any?

Sugar's architecture lets you do pretty much anything. Yes, if you have the data for when that monthly date is then a customization can be done to have a scheduler kick off nightly and find who needs a monthly email reminder sent to them. Time range on how long that would take depends on the actual needs/requirements. Could be half a day to several days depending on details.
