Donors/Pledges/Membership Management

I am looking for firms with solid experience in the field of nonprofit donor and gift management within SugarCRM alomg with integration with Drupal web sites; everything in Sugar is biased towards sales, and the for-profit industry

General details/requirements
-Structure requires one master head office database (300K members) but allows for the quick segmenting of contacts, dashboards, gifts, pledges, etc. into 200 separate essentially unique offices, all of which has their own unique domain for sending emails and configuration files for determining fiscal year start, etc.
-Security granularity that allows either global access to all records or subset to specific offices, etc.
-Unlimited number of current address types per contact (or what we would call member) including home, work, school, parent, summer, winter, other
-Unlimited archiving of postal addresses (logging address changes may not be sufficient)
-Unlimited archiving of phones and emails
-Portal for staff to enter donations for each member.
-Ability to import gifts entered from Drupal sites
-Capital Campaign pledge system to allow for pledge tracking, etc. for multiple campaigns per office.
-Excellent import tools that allow adding and updating of members, addresses and gifts from external sources.
-Excellent export tools that allow exporting of all data from individual databases and data from linked ones.
-Excellent query (full Boolean) tools and reports.
-Integration with payment processors.

There is certainly more detail, etc. to this but this give an overall viewpoint - I prefer vendors that have experience in the non-profit donor management field as much as possible - the sales methodology underpinning all of Sugar does not work for non-profit management.
