    Default Double Booked Meetings

    Hi

A situation has just arisen where one of our client trainers has been bouble booked. We are migrating from a white board system to Sugar.
A meeting was already entered for a given time and date. Admin then booked a different meeting for the same time and date. I would have thought Sugar would have the smarts to alert that this was a double booking? Is it smart enough to do that? Do I have somethingset wrong?

    Regards.

There is no Alerting system in Sugar if a meeting is over booked. The thing only they do is to display the Invitees Time slot in red if is being over booked

You can create a schedule task on SugarCRM to email the assigned user when the meeting is getting booked.

    Hi there.
    Thanks for the reply.
When we set up a meeting for our staff we assign it to them. This shows their time slot as white with a grren vertical line at the start of the time slot and a red vertical line at the end of the time slot.

I just tried using the invitee and it displays the same.

You can modify the include/javascript/jsAlerts.php to popup user when the meeting is getting booked, but it is not upgrade safe.
