Drop down list values - storing place and other questions

Hi, I'm looking for a place where drop down list values (custom and default) are stored without success.
Can you help me to find it?

I created a custom list for the module Project, but when I try to modify the list I get "Module does not have any known dropdowns"

Is the list name case sensitive?

How can I delete a created list?

I add a question.

In the "continue wizard(project)", I go to modify layout, listview, here there is three columns:
default additional available

ok, custom fields shown in available looks correct (after save and publish):

• Project type
  [PROJECT_TYPE_C]

when I drag and drop to other columns I get (after save and publish):

• [PROJECT_TYPE_C]

And in the list view the relative column title is not showed.
