Drop down options not showing

I added a few new optons to the lead status field.

The options show in the drop down editor but when I edit a lead I do not see them.

I have attempted to rebuild just about everything in the repair menu yet still I see no options.

I was able to update another drop down field without a problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks but I was editing the wrong field.
