Drop Down Question

I am currently implementing Sugar into my call center. We have 5 major clients that we do support for and each of these clients have multiple clients of their own. My question is can I create a "smart" drop down, where the entries in that field will change based on the client choice. I.e. client 1 has sub client 1. I want to have the secondary drop down only show sub client 1 if client 1 was the choice in the previous field. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
