dropdown lists

I have the Community edition 5.1

When I edit or create a new list and the label is in Greek language, it is saved as 'chinese'.

If I modify the tabs or field label, it is OK. The problem occurs only in lists.

My default language is English US and utf8_general_ci in MySql.
