Duplication of Notes

Is there a way I can enter the same history/notes to multiple Accounts/Contacts without having to enter it in each one separately?

By default, Sugar has a 1:N mapping for accounts to notes. To build this feature you will have to make a new relationship of type N:M.

If you create a note under a contact related to an account, this new note is assigned to both account and contact.
