E mail send to: Users or Contacts

How can I select a user from a list to send an internal e mail? Do I need to create users in the contacts field as well?

Hi poolpak,

You can directly send the emails by filling in the email address into the To field.

If you want to send emails to your organization within then you can take time to create an account of your organization and fill the users as the contacts. This way you can select from the list, too.
