can i use the email module to manage my private email?
I noticed that other user could view my private incoming mail using the botton All email.
Can I prevent from similar action?

You must set "Roles" for your users that will not allow them to see any emails except their own. You can create and assign roles from the "Roles Management" area of the Admin menu.
