Email automation

Hi,
I would like the emails received from registered contacts/leads to be automatically imported without having to import manually each email. Looking through documetations, I was reading that this feature was removed from Sugar 5.0 ? Or I am completly wrong?
I have been on CE sugar for 3 weeks now and we are gradually switching all our online business management with sugar. I'm really enthousiastic and happy with the program, but I'm still very new to making changes and customization.

You could set up a group email account under Admin > Inbound Email and all the email the related account receives will automatically import. However, that would import any and all email that hits that inbox, not just those from a specific sender.

Indeed what i'm looking for is a automated importation according to the sender's email adress.
Coudl that work with an outlook plug in for instance?

Not that I am aware of, but contact them directly to check whether or not they can create a custom version for you.
