Email Campaign and lots of 1's

Evening all,

we have an email campaign going out, but it keeps stopping and not sending them all out!

First of all, there were errors regarding max connections, so after tweaking the config.php file and knocking them up to 5000, it removed that error.

However, after flushing the queue its only managing to push through around 90 at a time.

Each time it says:
11111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 111111111111111111

actually on the web page.

Along with another bug I've posted on the bug tracker (27202) - I'm find a few more quibbles with the Campaign system..

We're using:
Sugar Professional
Version 5.2.0 (Build 5380)
