It's possible for all incoming and outgoing email from sugar to be synchronized with the existing IMAP email ?
I have just installed Sugar CRM on my Windows XP with IIS and Apache Server. the Database is MySql.
When I go into Admin Module and click on Inbound Email link under the EMAIL section, I get the following error.
Inbound Email Disabled
Warnings: Inbound Email cannot function without the IMAP c-client libraries enabled/compiled with the PHP module. Please contact your administrator to resolve this issue.
can any one help me please. We are a very small company and cannot afford paid support.

we have the same problem.
Server is Ubuntu 6.05.1
Postfix procmail sasal are up and running.
We tested the outgoing and incoming mail via local ISP but ,yet, the:"Inbound Email cannot function without the IMAP c-client libraries enabled/compiled with the PHP module. Please contact your administrator to resolve this issue. " keep comeing.
Our ISP mail server does have IMAP accsess we use it to see our mailbox remotelly...![]()
What sould we do. I tryed Ubuntu we site: no word about: "IMAP c-client libraries" etc.

If you are using 4.5, there appears to be a bug (repoted as #8924), which stops Emails from being pulled from the Email server. Hopefully it will be foixed in 4.5.0bOriginally Posted by neoyoshi

If you use a complete LAMPP or WAMP stack (MySQL, PHP, Apache) like we use e.g. XAMPP (www.apachefriends.org), the curl modules are inclued in the package and onyl need to be uncommented in the php.ini file.Originally Posted by vghai
