    Default Email Integration and tracking in SUgarCRM

    Hey everyone in the trial I'm just testing out the email integration which seems interesting. In the demo it has a bunch of sample emails starting with [CASE 87] which it shows relating to a case number. I tried to send a test email from an opportunity which did work and linked it to the opportunity, but is there any way to have it so that if someone replies to the email it will automatically link it back to that opportunity? So I guess have it show an opportunity # in the subject and if someone replies it will link it there?

    Not via out-of-box functionality. You would need some custom coding work applied to make this happen.
