i cant write my mailbox user in my email marketing, so i cant sent.
any solution?

Try Admin->Inbound Email. On the left hand side, click "Monitor New Mailbox". The important point to chosse "Bounce Handling" in "" "Possible Actions"

Your advice worked, solved problem, for all that may be interested. WIll have to check whether the documentation was clear on this or whether I have a comprehension issue
