The email nightmare

Hello everyone,
I am trying to decide between an implementation of ZOHO Crm and Sugar v5 Community,Pro or enterprise (price not withstanding at the moment). However I need one piece of key functionality. I need to be able to send an email from workflow (from Accounts,Contacts Orders etc modules to an internal user or outside contact) but also include field information via a template from the particular module required. I do not want to be writing code as this should be fairly basic functionality...(if ZOHo can do it, which it can... ). Can anyone advice me as to which version of Sugar has this functionality?

Hi agcopley, the ability to issue email alerts based on templates in response to application events is a feature of Workflow, available with Sugar Professional and Enterprise editions.
