I have just successfully installed SugarCRM community edition 5.2.0e, I noticed that the email notification when assigning a new lead doesn't work. Previously, I have been using older version for years and this feature works fine.
I have checked the "Notifications on? (Sends notification emails when records are assigned)" box. I used "sendmail" as mail transfer agent and tested it by sending an email from sugar successfully. I've also checked the "Notify on assignment" box in the users' setting.
I created a new lead, assign it to me, and I didn't get any email. I try editing existing lead and change the person assigned, notification also didn't work.
I love this feature and is very useful to me. Can anyone help please?
