Email to one type of account?

I've searched the forums and not found a solution to date, aside from trying to install a module written for 3.5 which no longer installs.

I'm doing what virtually everone else must be done - creating accounts, specifying an account type and then associating contacts with those accounts. I then want to send an email to all contacts of a given account type, (say, reseller) but from what I can see it cannot be done. Or am I missing the point???

Can anyone give me a solution on this?

Anyone at all?

I have another prospect looking at several licenses of Enterprise, but this simple requirement is a showstopper if it cannot easily be done.
