I'm looking at installing the opensource CRM but before I do I have a couple of questions.

Can the outlook syncing be done automatically and can I view any email in SugarCRM ie does it have an 'inbox'

Basically I want to offer this to the staff so that they can work from home. In order to do that they will need access to emails from outlook and when they come into the office and sync it will need to update outlook with sent items etc

Can this be done or am I barking up the wrong tree.
