Email question - preinstall

We have spent too many years trying webmail solutions that were very buggy, too simple or too complicated to install.

We want Sugar for 2-3 users only, and I just noticed the email module. My question is about the email: is it reliable and does it work well? I hate outlook and am not thrilled by any client that I have to have installed - the webbased email is just perfect for us as we work on various computers in various offices through out the day.

I ask this only because we are already going to be installing sugar on our server (and Zimbra would be my first choice but installing it on a rackspace server restricts my plesk/mail situation for my clients that we host from what I understand).

Any thoughts, comments, suggestions or complaints welcome,

There seems to be a lack of support about the email module.
I´m asking in another post the same thing as you... without any answer yet.

So... yes... maybe that thread is the "official" answer....
