    Question Email Queue Status = Checked

    Hello,

    I am using Sugar 5.0 and when trying to send out campaign emails, Some messages get stuck in the queue as a "Checked" Status - They dont seem to do anything beyond that and while they are stuck in queue as checked the system doesnt recognize the email account with bounce handling as being installed. After a few hours of reading forums about campaings and email i have decided that this hasnt been answered yet so i will just ask.

    WHAT IS CHECKED STATUS FOR and WHY DOES A MESSAGE GET CHECKED.

    And Lastly,

    HOW DO I GET A MESSAGE OUT OF CHECKED STATUS SO IT SENDS?

    Great product - just need a little help with this one.

    this has been discussed here and i had the problem myself. Do a search for "status checked" and you'll get a lot of info. one solution is a script someone wrote to reset them, but I seem to recall there is a setting you can check right on the email queue page that will reset the list (ie: change their status to not checked). I think (I may be wrong as I forget) that i had this problem on campaigns created with the new campaign wizard, but again im not sure. i think if you do that search you'll find how to set them as unchecked at least as a work around.

    actually - I found another post that gives a quick query to fix the issue. I used MySQL Query Browser to connect to the backend of sugar and ran this :

    update emailman set in_queue=0 where in_queue=1

    that will reset the flag back to normal - any preset delivery times will continue or you can push the send queue and it will blast out the maximum # set in the admin email settings.

    Sadly, I no longer get to work with sugar as the company I worked for that used it hired me on a seasonal position for a non-profit research study and it's over... I wish all of you the best of luck in your endevors and if I ever have the chance to convert someones CRM to SGR i certinly will. Thanks, SkOOteR

    Please can you elaborate on how you got this to work, as I'm having trouble sending to my database.

    I keep getting this error when I select and want to send in outbound mail queue:

    Error 500 - Internal server error
    An internal server error has occured!
    Please try again later.
