Do a search for "status checked" and you'll get a lot of info. one solution is a script someone wrote to reset them, but I seem to recall there is a setting you can check right on the email queue page that will reset the list (ie: change their status to not checked). I think (I may be wrong as I forget) that i had this problem on campaigns created with the new campaign wizard, but again im not sure. i think if you do that search you'll find how to set them as unchecked at least as a work around.
