Email reminder for overdue quotes

I want to send an email reminder to the assigned user when a quote has past the expected close date.
I do not see anything in the Schedular. I have V6.1 Enterprise Edition

You could add a scheduler job for this, or have a separate script that calls Sugar over web services and send the email.
