    Hi,
    There is a very serious problem.
    At the moment we use sugartsrm 5.5.1 and email.
    Problems we encountered:
    Encoding a topic and sender. (He often we in Russian) Instead of labels - a set of symbols
    2 Most attachments are not present in the letters.
    Chorus - the client has sent a letter with an attachment, as a result of the letter blank (text only)
    3 Sometimes, attachment to the letter not visible with another extension or with a different name.

    please help, to deal with these problems.
