Hi

I am still new to sugar and wanted a bit of advise. I use the cases for supporting my customers. when an email comes in I create a quick case but the default email it want's to send out looks awful with all the > arrows installed.

Is it possible to create a new template that will still fill in the case details and cse id etc but looks better. Would it be possible to create the case automatically and send the default reply.
