Does Sugar CRM have analytics for Open Rates, Click Through Rates for email campaigns? Or is there a developer addition/app/plugin (w/e it's called...lol) that we can use to create this feature?

yep. when in a campaign details view click on View Status button in the top left of the screen. you can see stats on open, click through, opt out, etc.

Just as a note, click through will only work if you use a Sugar tracker url. Essentially these urls direct to Sugar, log the click, then redirect to the site of your choice.
