I've searched all over the forums and within the Wiki and I cannot find the answer to this question;

How would I go about emailing a case out to a 3rd party client if a specific field in the ticket is marked escalated? I have multiple clients each with specific email addresses for further ticket escalation. Is there a way I can tie in the Client field I have made to email a specific case if it is marked "escalated"?

I am currently running Sugar CE Version 5.0.0f (Build 3338) using Apache and MSSQL.
