Does the current build of Sugar support users being able to email new cases to sugar ? Can users send an email to support@mydomain.com and have that email converted in to a new case in sugar ?

I'm interested in doing this, too. The advice I was given was to write a function for the scheduler that turns incoming emails into cases but I haven't had time to implement it yet. I'm planning on using the email suffix to associate to an account.
