    Question How do i get a daily report using Emails ...

    Hi,

    I have downlaoded CRM. I would like to use the Email feature in CRM to track the inbound emails. Is there any way how we can track the number of emails received per day, based on customers and issues without duplication.

    Help is much appreciated.
