Inbound emails are using the timestamp of when they were imported into Sugar as "Date Sent" instead of using the date and time the email was actually sent on.
So if I got an email sent yesterday, but it wasn't polled until this morning at 7 AM, the "Date Sent" field would say today at 7 AM, even though the email was sent yesterday.
How do I change this?
