Hi,
I couldn't find an answer in the forums so decided to do a new post. I am running SugarCRM CE 5.0.0.b and am really happy with it. My one bit of confusion is around incoming emails. I check emails through the interface, it says downloading 5 new emails, but afterwards they do not appear in the list. Sometimes they do, but mostly don't.
I know inbound email does work and the account is configured correctly.
I plan to upgrade to 5.2.0.F and have built at VM of my installation to try this out first as this is recommended.
Anyone come across this "feature" that needlessly undermines an otherwise fantastic product?
