Emails to prospect lists

Sorry if this is an obvious question.
I would like to send block emails out by goup/P-List. The intial set up does not seem to provide the option.
I then looked at editing the drop down menu, which would seem to be the thing to do - but I could not see an obvious candidate.
Is there a way of doing this?
Also, is there a way of identifiying the files associated with different parts of the pages?

Sending out emails to prospects list is possible. You do however need to setup a cron job (Un*x) or schedular task (Windows).
