emails and users under SugarCRM ?

How link emails (using POP3) and users under SugarCRM (4.0.1a) ? In simple words, how a user can read his own emails with this CRM ? I read the doc, this forum, use search engine to get more info, but "niet" nothing explain it clearly. Email are a master piece for a CRM... it is the link of the soft between customers, leads, etc... and the CRM. So how to do it under SugarCRM ? If someone could explain to me the idea, it will greattly be appreciated.

It is not there at the moment - not personal email accounts for each user. There is a preview of it available - and it will be introduced in a future release coming before too long.

Where can I get this preview ?

Another question ... In this case, what is the email option implemented into SugarCRM, using POP3 or imap ?
